Elizabeth Balfour

Elizabeth Balfour is an educator with 10 years’ experience working with students, adults and families in Syracuse and surrounding communities. With extensive knowledge in supportive health resources, she has provided education and counseling to clients and families, plus connections to community and government-backed programs. She brings to the Lyme Alliance considerable experience with wellness, medical care, social welfare programs, community engagement and outreach, research, professional development, organizing and leading meetings and creating and executing presentations for a variety of audiences.
